Biography
Hiroshi Ogushi is a Japanese former politician who served as a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet. A native of Kishima District, Saga and graduate of the University of Tokyo, he joined the Ministry of Finance in 1989 and received an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles in the United States while in the ministry. Leaving the ministry in 2005, he was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in the same year.
