Strovolos (Greek: Στρόβολος; Turkish: Strovolos; is a municipality in the Nicosia district, of Cyprus. It is a part of the Nicosia urban area. With a population of 71,123, it is the second most populated municipality in Cyprus, after Limassol, and the most populated municipality in the Nicosia District. It was established in 1986.

Ο Δήμος Στροβόλου, ιδρύθηκε το 1986 και είναι ο δεύτερος μεγαλύτερος Δήμος της Κύπρου μετά το Δήμο Λεμεσού, με πληθυσμό πέραν των 70.000 κατοίκων.
Σήμερα ο Στρόβολος είναι ένα μεγάλο προάστιο, καταλαμβάνει μία έκταση 25 km² και χωρίζεται σε έξι ενορίες: τη Χρυσελεούσα, τον Αγ. Δημήτριο, τον Απ. Βαρνάβα και Αγ. Μακάριο, τον Αγ. Βασίλειο, τον Εθνομάρτυρα Κυπριανό και τον Σταυρό.
The Municipality of Strovolos was established in 1986 and is the second largest Municipality in Cyprus after Limassol, with a population of over 70.000 inhabitants.
Today Strovolos is a big city that covers an area of 25km2 and is divided into six parishes: Chryseleousa, Ayios Demetrios, Apostle Varnavas and Ayios Makarios, Ayios Vasilios, National Martyr Kyprianos and Stavros.
