Imperial Age is a Russian symphonic power metal band, currently based in Northampton, England. The band was originally founded in 2012 in Moscow, Russia by singers/composers Alexander "Aor" Osipov and Jane "Corn" Odintsova, who relocated to Turkey, and later the United Kingdom, following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The band consists mostly of British members, and their songs are primarily in English.

Born in the wrong place for their dreams, Imperial Age masterminds Jane and Aor started their global metal band from Russia. Defying political isolation, zero industry backing, and local hostility, their fierce DIY work ethic forged a global army of fans. By 2022 they smashed 200+ European concerts and sold tens of thousands of records globally.
Then, Russia invaded Ukraine.
Publicly condemning the war, Jane and Aor left, leaving everything behind. After a grueling year of legal limbo in Turkey, they were endorsed by Arts Council England as "Exceptional Talent" and granted UK residency.
Rebuilding from absolute zero in Britain, Imperial Age is reborn. They’ve assembled a premier new lineup, launched a London merch office, completed their biggest tour, and secured major 2026 festival slots, including the Bloodstock main stage.
