The Kyoto International Manga Museum is located in Nakagyō-ku, Kyoto, Japan. 日本発のマンガ総合博物館である京都国際マンガミュージアム（愛称：えむえむ）。当館で開催された企画展・講演会などの記録映像をアーカイブしています。また、ライブ配信イベントもこちらのチャンネルからご覧いただけます。
当館は、京都市と京都精華大学の共同事業で、いまや世界から注目されているマンガ資料の収集・保管・公開とマンガ文化に関する調査研究、これらの資料と調査研究にもとづく展示やイベント等の事業を行うことを目的としています。 このミュージアムは、博物館的機能と図書館的機能を併せ持った、新しい文化施設です。当館で保存されるマンガ資料は、江戸期の戯画浮世絵から明治・大正・昭和初期の雑誌、戦後の貸本から現在の人気作品、海外のものまで、約30万点。これらの資料をもとに進められる調査研究の成果は、展示やセミナー、ワークショップという形で発表＝公開しています。 建物は、昭和初期建造の元・龍池小学校校舎を活用し、当時の佇まいを残したものです。それは、長年地域のシンボルであった小学校の役割を引き継ぐという表明でもあります。
