I'm Ozoz, a food explorer, ex-exploration geologist now educator in food and tourism studies, and author of a cookbook - my debut - Chop Chop: Cooking the Food of Nigeria (Artisan, 2025).
On this channel, you'll find food, drink, ingredients, grocery store finds, fun things in the kitchen celebrating the joy of food and eating in everyday life, and as part of celebrations. There will be historical and heritage explorations, and more.
