I created this channel wanting nothing more but to provide a safe space and an opportunity for people to share people’s stories and experiences surrounding mental health. My goal is to be as honest and authentic as possible, by only making as few edits as needed to maintain the reality and raw emotion surrounding the conversation of mental health. As an advocate for mental health, I have been a witness to the power of intimate, honest and simple conversation— and that's exactly what I want to use this platform for.
