Pressure Points is a melodic metal band founded in Heinola, Finland, in the summer of 2004.
Our music is a mixture of many different styles of which metal is the most prominent. Such bands like Porcupine Tree, Rush, Pink Floyd and Dream Theater are among our biggest influences.
Starting from early 2007, we have played over 100 gigs in Finland and abroad, including the following tours as a supporting act:
- Winter's Gate Finnish tour with Insomnium and Swallow the Sun in 2016,
- Those Whom The Gods Detest with Nile in North Europe in 2011 and
- Keep of Kalessin Finnish tour in 2010.
We have also shared the stage with such bands like Katatonia, Samael, Omnium Gatherum etc. We are well known from our intensive and musical performances.
We have released two critically-acclaimed albums:
- Remorses to Remember (2010) and
- False Lights (2015).
