Welcome to my channel. I’m Rich Tipple, a UK-based video colourisation artist and archive TV restoration specialist.
I’ve worked in black-and-white to colour video restoration for many years - starting as a hobbyist before collaborating with the BBC and Bad Wolf Ltd on major "in Colour" projects for the BBC's Doctor Who.
My recent work includes leading the colourisation of The Daleks in Colour (2023) and The War Games in Colour (2024), combining historical research, advanced digital tools, and frame-by-frame finishing to bring these classic episodes to life in authentic colour.
