Ring of Honor (ROH) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. The wrestling promotion was founded by Rob Feinstein on February 23, 2002, and was operated by Cary Silkin from 2004 until 2011; the promotion was subsequently sold to the Sinclair Broadcast Group, and then sold to Tony Khan.

Ring of Honor (ROH) is a professional wrestling promotion recently acquired by Tony Khan, CEO of AEW, Chief Football Strategy Officer of the Jacksonville Jaguars and GM/Sporting Director of Fulham F.C. The acquisition, which was completed through an entity that is wholly-owned by Tony Khan, included ROH’s extensive video library dating back to 2002, brand assets, intellectual property, production equipment and more.

ROH features numerous championships, including the ROH World Championship, ROH World Television Championship, ROH Pure Championship, ROH World Tag Team Championship and ROH Women’s World Championship.
