His trademark became a common thread of Bollywood cinema. During this time, he readied his debut Dance Under the Influence; which featured the first hit to crack Billboard, "Slip Away". In 2017, Sanjoy recorded three more singles, OBVI, Victim of Love, and Shangri-La. Each continued his proclivity for cross-hatching genres by including Bollywood influences, but skillfully coalesced a dance-friendly, mainstream pop format as well.
