Sophia Somajo Venai, also known as Soso, is a Swedish songwriter and singer of Hungarian descent. She has released two albums and two extended plays, and worked with music producer Max Martin as a songwriter under her name and a number of pseudonyms.

While building a cult following as an underground artist, Somajo also became a top-tier pop songwriter. At 24, she co-wrote her first Billboard #1 for Britney Spears under a pseudonym alongside Max Martin. Her 2017 album Freudian Slip, made with Patrik Berger, was named one of Pitchfork’s 20 Best Pop and R&B Albums of 2017.
In 2018, she featured on Alan Walker’s Diamond Heart, which has since surpassed half a billion streams.
