Yoshifu Arita is a Japanese writer, journalist and politician from the Constitutional Democratic Party, who is currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives. He previously served two terms as a member of the House of Councillors after being elected in 2010 and in 2016 and serving as Chair of the Special Committee on Political Ethics and Election System, but lost his seat in 2022. Before he was elected, he was a regular commentator of Nippon Television's The Wide.

立命館大学経済学部卒業。
フリージャーナリストとして霊感商法、統一教会、オウム真理教による地下鉄サリン事件、北朝鮮拉致問題に取り組む。
日本テレビ系「ザ・ワイド」にコメンテーターとして12年半出演。
2010年参議院議員初当選、2期12年務める。2024年10月衆議院議員初当選。
